Continuing a Legacy of Empowerment

Rural Movement Organization (RMO) is a dedicated Afghan NGO with headquarters in Kabul, building upon over 30 years of development expertise.

Established in 2014, RMO serves as the continuation of the Belgian NGO Solidarité Afghanistan Belgique (SAB). We retain SAB's national management, technical staff, and assets, ensuring that nearly three decades of knowledge in vocational training, agriculture, and emergency response remains a resource for the Afghan people.

Through our long-term collaboration with partners like Geres, we have become a leader in Energy Efficiency (ESS), environmental protection, and climate change adaptation, helping thousands of families improve their livelihoods sustainably.
